The bed was comfortable, though I tried to ignore the stains on the bedsheet. Maybe the price meant I shouldn't expect more, but they call this a new hotel and it clearly hasn't been looked after well. There was no smoke detector in the room, and people were smoking in rooms, including a hotel worker. I won't come back and wouldn't recommend it.

The room smelled old, and the toilet smelled even worse. The cleaner didn't make up the room, only changed the towel and emptied the bin. It wasn't worth the money. A motel at RM50 a night would be better.

The toilet floor smelled of urine when I checked in, which made it seem like it hadn't been mopped or properly cleaned. Staff shouldn't wait for guests to complain before changing blankets and sheets. They need to know how to spot and reject linens that don't meet quality standards.

The floor, bedsheet, and washroom were all very dirty, with stains everywhere. It felt like there had been no room service at all. Wouldn't recommend it.

The bed was comfortable, parking was easy, and service was good. The bathroom had a nonslip floor, and breakfast included nice butter and bread. Breakfast was supposed to run from 6.30-10am, but it only started at 7am and was finished by 9am. When we checked in, there was hair on the floor and in the bathroom, thick dust on the room painting, and a Longan seed under the bed.
