I stayed for a week, and the hot water never worked. The hotel is awful and full of cockroaches. When I asked about the water, a staff member arrogantly told me, “Why don’t you go to another hotel?” The staff treated me rudely.

They cancelled my booking because I missed their confirmation call while I was on a flight and couldn’t answer. Fortunately, a room was still available, but the rate had changed.

Our booking was cancelled at the last minute without any information. Your staff were very rude to guests, and your service to customers is very poor.
