The staff were friendly, so please be kind to them too. They may be tired from working overtime, and I believe good deeds are returned with good deeds. The rooms are large and comfortable for Muslim guests to pray in, though there are no prayer mats. I'd suggest upgrading if you can, since the cheaper rooms offered through app networks may not be satisfactory. The hotel is a little outside the city center, but nearby shops make it easy to get essentials. I recommend staying here.

I stayed here because I needed to be near an event. Otherwise, I'd pick a hotel in town, where there are shopping malls. It gets very quiet at night, and by 9pm everything, including places to eat, is closed. There are dine-in options nearby during the day, though breakfast choices at the hotel are limited. The room was large with just the basics. The minibar was warm, and even after I turned the fridge on myself, it was still warm the next day. The iron and ironing board are out in the hallway.

At night there aren't any restaurants nearby, unless you have your own transport. Still, the deluxe twin room was spacious and nice, with a sofa, little table, and a distinctive table lamp. The water pressure was good too. For the price, it was a good deal.

I stayed solo in room 1F-19 on 5-6 March 2025. The bed and blanket were comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the shower pressure was super powerful, thumbs up. But I barely slept the first night. Maybe my ears are sensitive, but the AC outdoor unit compressor was so loud that I didn't fall asleep until 4am, then had to get up at 6am for the event. The pillow didn't suit me either. There was also a bad smell from outside from the first day. On day two I was so worn out that I went to bed early, but woke around 2:30am trying to figure out where it was coming from. The window was shut and I could still smell it. I opened it a little to check, and yes, it was from outside. Nothing ghostly, don't worry. It smelled like garbage, maybe 80% like a garbage truck. They should check whether the rubber vibration pad on the AC outdoor unit is still in good condition, and add soundproofing to the door after maintenance to reduce the noise. If possible, moving the bed farther from the outdoor unit could help too. The window seals also need checking from time to time. I didn't get the free breakfast because I had to leave for the event at 7am. I think breakfast should start at 6am, since 7am is a bit late. The area felt a little scary because the nearby shops close early, and I wouldn't suggest walking there alone late at night.
