Parking was okay, but I wouldn’t trust the room floor and would bring indoor slippers. There were rat traps tucked in a hall corner, which isn’t a nice thing for guests to see. I heard little footsteps as I was getting ready to sleep, then saw a large rat running around my room. Because of that, I stayed in two different rooms. The hall carpet was filthy, my room floor was dirty, and the sheet was very dirty, possibly with dried lizard droppings, and had holes. The pillow was thin. Hot water worked in one room but not the other. The shower area looked clean to me, though the toilet bowl and the showerhead holder were in poor condition. There was no soap, toothbrush, or other free item. If those things don’t bother you, the budget price may still suit you.

The bed was acceptable, so it might do if all you need is somewhere to sleep and don’t care about anything else. But the place is still “under renovation,” there’s no service, and getting to the room is a mess. Don’t count on drinking water, toiletries, or cups. You can hear the next room and the cars outside, and the water pressure ranges from weak to nothing. Edit: Drinks are sold at the counter, and you can pay for laundry. It’s also a hotspot for questionable gatherings.

Don’t just give us a bad room. We paid for our stay, even though it was only one night, so please take note. The toilet and room were very bad and dirty. In the bathroom of room R.201, there wasn’t a shower, just a large bucket used as a water cistern. That was my first time staying at Wasan with no shower in the bathroom.

Sorry, but this was my experience at this hotel. The service was very bad, and so was the room. Some of the room keepers don’t flush the toilet, and the toilet itself wasn’t serviced.

The room is huge for less than RM60, and it’s close to The Spring shopping mall.
