The receptionist was very friendly, and the location is convenient for walking to a mall or restaurants. You can also hear the azan, and there is a qibla direction in the room. Parking is hard to find, though, and you may only get a spot by luck. Our room opposite reception was too small for three adults and one child, with a cramped toilet and dim lighting that needs to be brighter. We booked 3D2N but moved to another hotel because the space wasn't convenient for us. For a group of 3A1K, that room isn't good, though the service and location are good.

We spent 2night here, and Room 803 felt a bit cramped for 4pax. If you need a family room, number 807 is more spacious. Prices are affordable, the hotel is close to lots of accommodation and tourist attractions, and the rooms have astro services. The staff are friendly.

I booked on booking.com a week ahead and called on check-in day to confirm, saying traffic would make us late. When we arrived, they'd already given our room to someone else, saying the previous customer had cancelled without notice. I had called to confirm, so why give it away? Then they offered a different room with an extra bed and wanted more money because it was a different room. Such bad service.

The website gave a very different impression from the room we got. There was dust all over the bedsheet and spiderwebs in every corner of the ceiling. Our room had a window, but it looked into the corridor and another room's wall, with no outside view. I regret staying and wouldn't come back.

For an affordable budget hotel, the room was okay and included a water heater. I stayed 2 nights, but parking was really difficult, especially at busy times. There are a few restaurants nearby.
