The poor cleanliness made the stay and holiday uncomfortable. Location was 4/5 and pricing 4/5. Facilities and utilities get 2/5 because the glassware was stained, unwashed, cracked, or chipped. The host gets 3/5, as they came by on the first night to confirm the water heater wasn't working. General cleanliness was 1/5, and comfort 3/5.

The space can fit 14 people and the price is reasonable, but some things need work. There was a lot of dust that could be wiped away, the kitchen equipment wasn't enough, and the building's exterior was disappointing.

The surroundings are nice and the place is clean, but the cooking utensils aren't complete. There's no gas stove or bowls, no knives, and only a limited number of forks and spoons.

The place near the night market sounds convenient, but the market blocks the way in and out. Parking is limited, and the neighborhood stayed noisy late into the night with people partying, even though the house rules say to keep quiet after 11. Inside, the toilet lid and tiles were dirty, as were the bedsheet and dusty fan. The door was broken, and the kitchen was tiny, with a small basin, mini TV, and a very old fridge. Worst homestay I've ever had.

A clean, nice house that works well for a big family. The only issue was that the shower water heater didn't get quite hot enough.
