The staff member was friendly and patiently helped me with everything from booking through checkout, including all my requests. The room was spacious, and we really liked the huge balcony since we brought our cat. There was a lot of dust under the bed, and one toilet wouldn't flush, but having two toilets made that okay for us. We were satisfied and would definitely book again.

This spacious three-bedroom apartment has a nice balcony view and plenty of parking. It has a stove, fridge and Astro Njoi, but bring your own towels because none are provided. I booked through Agoda homes at a reasonable price. To get there, map to Copthorne Hotel, drive past the lobby, then call the owner. You'll need to know your apartment's wing. Ours was the last one, wing 25. It's best for families and within walking distance of Kea Farm Market, about 400-800m away.

With a self-catering apartment, you get the whole place to yourself and can settle in much like you would at home, just in different surroundings. The nearby shops, markets, and farms selling vegetables and other local produce are good places to meet neighbours and pick up local knowledge. It's a way to get some insight into Malaysian life.

Had an encounter with ghosts in the apartment, and they got physical with me. Definitely not coming back, lol.
