Other guests were making noise at 1am, and with such poor soundproofing the disturbance was unacceptable. The room air conditioner was noisy as well, making the stay very disappointing.

For a 2 star hotel it was decent, though a little pricey. There's a cute little tomyam shop opposite, a western restaurant behind, and the mosque is a short walk away.

The staff were willing to help, but the cleanliness was horrible and the surroundings felt poor. I checked in and left the same day. It was too awful to stay.

On our business trip we stayed here for a few days, and a colleague was put in Room 220. Someone tried the door during the night. Luckily the door guard was on, because the main lock was faulty and didn't secure the room properly. We reported it straight away and asked to see the CCTV footage outside the room, only to be told the camera wasn't working. That's alarming and raises serious questions about safety at the hotel. A faulty lock and inactive surveillance put guests at risk. Please check your lock and use the door guard. Management needs to deal with this urgently and improve security.

The bathroom was clean, the room spacious, and parking at the hotel was convenient. We had a brief run-in with a mosquito, but otherwise the stay was very comfortable and pleasant.
