Strawberry Park Resort

The room was clean and quite spacious, with an amazing view. Breakfast had a wide range of dishes, though I was a little disappointed by how few fruit options there were. I hadn't stayed at this hotel in more than 10 years, and could see that some refurbishment has been done.

We chose the festive highland package, which included breakfast and dinner, so we didn't have to think about meals. The hotel is in the hills, quiet and private, and our room and bathroom were very spacious. It was so cold even without air conditioning. There was no heater, but after we said it was too cold, they gave us a portable one. Bring plenty of sweaters and thick clothes, you'll need layers. 🥶 The staff made us feel welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived, and especially looked after us during our honeymoon. Kak Watie, Encik Zul, and the head chef at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Lantern House, were kind, friendly, and very attentive to our requests. Their warmth and professionalism made the honeymoon unforgettable. It's a 4-star hotel that feels like 5 stars. We'll definitely return, no storm, including Senyar, could stop us. Thank you for making this such a memorable time in our lives.

The hotel is quiet when you're resting in your room, and it's very clean with no bugs or dirt. The resort uses naturally cold air to keep things cool, so it doesn't need air conditioning or fans. I especially liked the flowers, including the Orchids. There's a lot of land for tennis and pickleball, along with table tennis, a gym, swimming, and other activities. Whenever I arrive, the first thing I do is play tennis with my family. The food is superb and halal, and free van rides are available to nearby tourist destinations. The service and management are outstanding. This is the best hotel I've been to so far, and it deserves more than 4 stars.

The staff were warm, genuine, and helpful, and made the visit even better. Grab cars were readily available for trips to Brinchang or Tanah Rata, where there are plenty of food options. The resort itself is peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently located. I stayed at Strawberry Park Resort from 10 to 13 November 2025. My parents had visited 38 years earlier, so seeing the original buildings still so well maintained made this trip special. Our Fresno Family Suite in Block B was spacious and comfortable, with fantastic Cameron Highlands views, as shown in my pictures. Both breakfast and room service food were great. A wonderful stay with heritage, comfort, and lovely views. I highly recommend it.
