It's easy to find food around the Icon City area, but parking at the hotel is scarce. The water flow system is poor, and you can hear water running in the middle of the night. If you want a comfortable night's sleep, this hotel isn't suitable.

I left an important item in the room and only realized it was missing a week after I got back to KL. When I contacted the hotel, the staff quickly found it and shipped it to me as I requested. The whole process was easy, and I was relieved by how helpful they were during a stressful situation. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were modern, and the location suited my needs. I had a great stay, with the customer service standing out most. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone who values a place that cares about guest satisfaction, and I'll stay here again on my next visit.

Rooms on the ground floor were less comfortable for me, since they're near the main entrance and lift and can get pretty noisy. The king room costs around Rm150 and is simple, clean, and nice. This is a good-value, still-new hotel in the heart of Icon City, well maintained and easy to reach from nearby restaurants. A few parking spaces are reserved for guests.

The showerhead is excellent, and the location makes it easy to get food. But the rooms have terrible soundproofing. Neighbors taking a long shower in the middle of the night, slamming doors, or running along the hallway can wake you up.

Room 110 had dust everywhere and mosquitoes. The hotel has a good concept and design, but the housekeeping is the worst. I'm disappointed and want the owner to know.
