The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and switch rooms when we asked, and parking was easy. Still, the bedroom condition was a real disappointment. The hallways and rooms looked nearly abandoned, with broken tiles on the floor and torn wallpaper, even though management seemed to be making some effort to maintain the building. You'll need transport to get to a restaurant or nearby supermarket. I would choose somewhere else next time.

I checked out just an hour after arriving because I couldn't rest there. Room 619 was listed as non-smoking, but it had a strong tobacco smell. The bed was uncomfortable, the air conditioning barely worked, and the TV was faulty. The actual room also had no window, unlike the one shown on Agoda. It was a horrible, almost traumatizing experience, and I won't come back.

I paid about RM125 through booking.com for a Superior Deluxe room, but what I got looked nothing like the photos. I've stayed in plenty of budget hotels, even ones costing RM35, and they were better. If I could give this zero stars, I would. The room felt dark and abandoned, and the supposedly non-smoking space reeked of old smoke. The pillow cover was torn, some floor tiles were damaged and wet with rust, and the air conditioner made a creepy sound as if it might explode. The toilet bowl was stained, and the mirror still had tissue marks on it. Worst of all, the water heater leaked, and I was afraid it could cause an electric shock and kill me. I complained at reception, but they refused to move me to another room. I wish I could report this traumatic experience to the management or authorities. Truly awful.

Booking through booking.com saved me more than RM20 compared with the hotel counter, and the room was clean, so those are the two positives. The shower pressure was low, and the bathroom drain clogged because of the poor shower-area design. The bed was far too hard, and my body ached after the first night. I cancelled the second night and moved to another hotel. A very bad stay, and I hope management fixes these problems.
