The location is strategic, with Nasi Kandar Ketapang right across from the hotel. Service was very good, the room was okay, and I slept well. Worth the money I paid.

The location is perfect, with food stalls and restaurants all around. The toilet was fairly spacious, but without a shower curtain it gets wet all over after a shower. The room was so cramped that I had to pray on the single bed. There's no cupboard, so a hanger rack would be useful if the hotel added one.

I'm staying here now, and the room conditions and service have been very disappointing. The tap water is dirty, and the room has no kettle, so I have to leave it just to get hot water. They also don't provide toothbrushes, soap, tissues, or bottled water. The soundproofing is poor too. I can hear people talking in the next room, making it hard to rest comfortably. I hope these problems are fixed immediately, because this isn't what I'd expect from a hotel stay. Thank you.

We paid RM230 for one night, but basic things like toothpaste and toothbrushes weren't supplied, and the service was lousy. The WiFi stopped working automatically after 22:00hrs. I tried connecting many times without success. At 23:36hrs, there was still nonstop “boom boom boom” noise downstairs, which made us uncomfortable. Not recommended.
