I’d already paid in full for the Airbnb, but after my emergency C-section I asked my family to check in for me. Ricky and the guard wouldn’t let them in and treated them like scammers. They were rude, and even after we explained the medical emergency, there was no empathy. A very disappointing experience with HOST MICHAEL TAN!

We were grateful for the stay, especially the superb swimming pool, which we really enjoyed. Nasi Kandar Subaidah and Rasta Burger nearby were also excellent. Check-in and check-out were well organized. We’d been a little put off by some reviews about the owner of Mic****, but our experience was much more pleasant. The place was comfortable overall, despite a few small drawbacks: the security guards looked stern, kitchen utensils were limited, and there were no laundry facilities.

I won’t book here again. We stayed in tower A, A-32-3A, booked through Booking.com, and got an unpleasant unit and host. The homestay wasn’t clean, there was no spoon, the air-conditioning was very dirty, the bathroom smelled, and there was dust and dirt under the bed. Worst of all, there was an Ant Charlie insect. Tony aka See To Kuan Chain, asking customers for a good-view rating in exchange for a RM10 cash rebate is unethical and cheating when the unit is this unpleasant.

The air conditioning wasn’t cool, the toilet still had mold on the walls and hair everywhere, and the pillows were so thin they seemed like they’d been used for ten years. The house smelled VERY UNPLEASANT (MASAM). When I arrived, the lights were on and the sliding door was open, as if someone had been there before check-in. Security was terrible too, since anyone could enter the condo without access. Michael Tan (A-31-3A) was unresponsive to my questions about an iron and only replied at 4pm on check-in day, after I contacted him to get the instructions. After checkout, he messaged asking for a positive review and offered an RM10 rebate. Hell no, I won’t stay here again.
