There's a 99 speedmart right next door, which is handy. The room was clean and comfortable, with the basics for a relaxing stay, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. Nice inn, though I wouldn't say it's suitable for families.

The location is really good, close to town, and the price seemed average. I would've paid a bit more for a better environment, though. The room condition was disappointing: spider webs, a wet toilet floor, and no toilet paper or coffee or tea. There was a rubber cap floating in the bottle on the water dispenser, which made me wonder if the water was safe to drink. The wall between rooms was so thin I could clearly hear the person next door snoring.
I've stayed in hotels on many trips, but checking out here was the first time I've had this kind of bad experience. Take photos of all the room facilities when you check in. My case ended happily, but I'm sorry to say I won't come back to this hotel.
It's an okay option if you're looking for economical accommodation, but the room is too small for solat, even though there's a kiblat sign on the ceiling. The nearest places to perform solat are the masjid near Kg Ken. Tun Dr. Ismail Pesta or Masjid Parit Kadzi. For dinner, we preferred the junction of Jln Tengku Bendahara and Jln Sulaiman, where you can get Malay food. For breakfast, try Jln Bentayan or Jln Petrie and nearby streets.
It's not bad, but the facilities need some improvement. Still, it's good.
