Kesang Laut Hotel

Instead of the hotel room I booked, they put us in another office block that had been renovated like a homestay or family room. It was dirty, with ants and spiders, and not clean at all. The toilet door and bathroom door wouldn’t close. We also had a long walk from our room to the shared toilet outside, which felt inconvenient and scary.

I was really disappointed by how unclean it was. The pictures speak for themselves. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. Hotel management, please do something to improve the cleanliness.

The room was dusty, and I waited three hours for a bath towel that I was told would come from the doby. It still hadn’t arrived. The toilet seemed like it hadn’t been washed in years, it was sticky and dirty, and the bowl and sink were in really bad shape. Please do something about the cleanliness.

The staff were fairly alright, but there wasn’t much else positive. The room was dirty and the toilet was dirty and sandy. I booked a king room and was given a queen instead. The location was also a negative. I wouldn’t choose this unless I was desperate for a hotel, which I was.
