BMW Hotel

The room was spacious, which was the one good thing. For the price, I knew not to expect much, but staying longer than one night would drive you insane. It felt like someone had thrown a few beds and a table into an empty old room, and there were unknown insects flying around. Pure disgusting.

I checked in on the 19th Sept and left the next day. After checkout, the hotel marked my stay as "No Show" on Agoda, which stopped me from leaving a review there. The listing on Agoda said parking was free, but when I asked, the hotel said they hadn't told Agoda that. I wrote to Agoda, yet the false information was still on the booking site. It also advertised non-smoking rooms, but I could smell cigarettes from the staircase all the way to the counter and my room. The shower pressure was extremely weak, and it took several minutes just to get my body wet.

They were helpful when I booked the wrong date. Good service and good staff. I'll come back next time.

The room was clean, and customer service was very helpful. Self check-in through WhatsApp was easy. I'll come again next week.
