The location near pusat bandar was pretty good, and having an ironing board and coway was a plus. The room itself was really clean, though there was a stain on the bedsheet that seemed questionable. I'd cover the pillow with something like clothes before sleeping, because I wouldn't trust it against my face. The air conditioner worked fine. The television worked too, though it took me a few minutes to get it going, and the picture quality was really bad.

There was a hair dryer in the room. It wasn't completely clean, but I thought it was okay. The soundproofing wasn't good, and the children playing outside made a lot of noise.

The receptionist was kind, but I was disappointed by the room's cleanliness. There were ants everywhere when I checked in, on the bed and table as well as around the room. It was also so small that I barely had space to pray, and couldn't even sujud comfortably.

The service was excellent, and the hotel itself was good. But the location on Google wasn't accurate, so we got lost at first.

The room was dirty, and so were the pillow and blanket. A very bad hotel.
