Clean, comfortable room and a 24-hour front desk. The 24-hour system is great, check in at 5pm and check out at 5pm. Very recommended 👍🏻

The hotel is in the city center, but the first room’s air conditioner blew hot air, so I moved to another room. That one was still hot, and I don’t know when it was last serviced. There was thick dust inside the air conditioner. Another room was dirty, with lots of garbage and dust under the bed, and the last room was full of ants.

The location is okay, in the middle of the city, but the room was dirty, especially under the bed. We asked for a refund after seeing it, but they refused, so we gave in and asked them to clean again. They only removed an old chair that wasn’t fit to sit on. When we asked, they said the room had been cleaned, but the dust and dirt looked just like when we first entered. We had to ask a second time. The aircon was dusty and the furniture old 😅. At least, we couldn’t accept a room with ants.
