The hygiene was unacceptable. The room was dirty and uncomfortable, with a terrible smell like a cheap hourly motel. It felt more suited to shady activities than to real guests looking for a place to rest. The front counter staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They wouldn’t let me see the room before booking, which felt suspicious and unfair. I regret staying here and strongly advise others to stay far away.

This was totally not worth the price. The bed was full of bed bugs, the TV didn’t work, and it seemed the air conditioners were never serviced. Better to spend your money at another indigo in front of the restaurant. That hotel is far better, even though they have the same front name.

The air conditioning worked well, and it wasn’t too crowded. But for RM 95 a night, the room quality was awful. There were obvious cracks in the walls and room corners, and it didn’t feel worth what I paid. Basic items like mini toothpaste and toilet paper were missing. The WiFi kept dropping for no reason, which was a nightmare, and the staff weren’t friendly. To me, it felt more like a zero or one star place than a two-star hotel.

An up-and-coming hotel with a boutique feel, privacy, and clean rooms. Good meals and a nice view.

It was OK lol. But the receptionist, the chubby girl with glasses, please smile more lah. Looks like your boss doesn’t want to raise your salary or what.
