It’s not quite in Muar City, which is why I’m giving four stars, but the service and rooms were excellent for this price range. The room was simple and had the amenities you need. The hot shower was great, and there was a hairdryer and toothbrush. The staff were sweet, and it was a very good stay, especially if you’re visiting relatives nearby.

My windowless Standard King Room was pleasant and clean. I did feel uneasy about the connecting door directly in front of the bathroom, since it seemed to lead straight into another guest room. Then I felt air conditioning coming through it, which confirmed my suspicion that someone was staying next door.

The Grand Deluxe King Room was a great choice, and I was happy we stayed here. It had a Japanese theme, a clean room and a comfortable mattress. The bathroom was spacious, with a heated jacuzzi and rain shower, and the water pressure was good. There’s plenty of parking around the hotel in the shophouse area. It was worth what I paid, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Muar.

The TV channels were really limited, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t have your own transport. There’s no restaurant at the hotel, so you need to drive somewhere to eat, though it isn’t very far. The room and toilet were clean, and the water pressure was good, so showering was satisfying. Everything else was good.

The space was comfortable and thoughtfully set up, with furniture that was just the right size and useful too. I was very happy with my stay and would recommend it.
