We Hotel

For RM178, this really wasn’t worth it. The bathroom was dirty, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, and the room wasn’t in great shape. I’d booked it for my parents and sister because the listed facilities included toilet paper, a kettle, and an iron, but none of those were provided. When my mom asked, the front desk staff member on the pm shift on 27/10/19 was rude and even challenged her to make a complaint herself. I wouldn’t recommend this place, even to a business traveller.

My check-in was frustrating. Anas left the counter unattended, so several of us waited half an hour, and he assigned me a small standard room even though I’d paid for a Suite-room. Please ask him to be more careful.

The staff were helpful and welcoming, and my room was very clean. The hotel sits right beside the highway, but I couldn’t hear any street noise. My only concern was the toilet door, which was too transparent for my comfort and didn’t offer much privacy.

We had to miss one night because of my mom’s health, and the hotel was understanding. They let us use that night for an extra room instead. We really appreciated the service and how accommodating they were. Great place to stay! :)
