For 50Rm, the small room was okay, and the location right opposite the bus station was handy. There was WiFi, a warm shower, and free hot and cold water refills. But both the staff and other guests were extremely noisy, even through the night. I couldn’t get a decent sleep.

The Malay aunties working during the day were very friendly. The Indian staff member spoke so loudly that I barely slept, and the service attitude was very poor.

Anyone know the WiFi password? I can’t find it anywhere, so I’m stuck using mobile data lah.

The prices are cheap: RM 35 for a single room with the toilet outside, RM 45 for a standard room with its own toilet, and RM 55 for a larger standard room that’s otherwise like the RM 45 one. The place is clean, including the toilet, and has what a backpacker needs. Security seemed okay. It’s easy to get food, with KFC nearby, and transport is convenient since it’s right in front of the taxi station.

The place felt safe, and there are restaurants nearby, including a few doors down from KFC. Our family room was clean, but the toilet door latch was damaged and still hadn’t been fixed. Staff could also use some practice with welcoming and saying goodbye to guests.
