I live in Tower A below the 10th floor, and park in LG3. The common areas are okay, but there are too many cats in the parking area, their litter stinks, and they damage car paint. Maintenance used to be very bad. I kept emailing to get the common area bins emptied because the smell spread through the common areas and parking. It has improved a bit, but I'm still not confident. They still haven't finished the parking mirrors after over 10 months. If you're below the 10th floor and facing the guard house, it feels like living on the road. Bedroom windows aren't frosted, and the uphill road has rumblers on both sides. Modified vehicles keep you awake until midnight even with everything closed. There's a lot of noise on weekday mornings and evenings, so don't judge the unit from a weekend or Public holiday viewing. The owners know about the road noise, and vacated themselves, leaving others to suffer. Many units are empty because of the virtually hyped rents, which has led to almost 600k+ in unsettled maintenance bills. Imagine how much improvement those funds could have paid for. Too greedy. The positive reviews are old and from agents, as far as I can tell.
