Top Travellers Inn

We used to be regulars for five or six years because this place was good value. Things were fine when we dealt with Ang (if I’m remembering the name right), the Chinese staff member with glasses. In the last three years, though, dealing with SITI has made us feel unwelcome. She always looked moody, and we got used to it even as it bothered us. The breaking point was a very dirty room and her extremely rude response when we complained. About a year later, when my parents and sibling stayed there, she said a lot of bad things about my family and me, and spread fitnah. I’ve never encountered someone as negative as SITI. I feel sorry for the owner. The place used to be good, but my whole family has given up on returning because of her.

We ended up changing rooms twice at check-in before finally getting one for two days. We know this budget hotel is being renovated, but the owner shouldn’t rent out rooms that are so dirty and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay again, even after the renovation.

It’s an affordable spot, kind of like a house with lots of rooms where you just rent one.

The room is pretty old, but the service is really good and the price is about average.
