The place itself is really nice, but it isn't maintained properly and didn't live up to what I expected, even from the pictures. It could have been a better experience, though maybe it just wasn't our luck. If you're a picky city person making the trip here, consider paying more for their most expensive room, or find a proper hotel in the city.

The pool area looked scary, and the bathroom wasn't working well. The room felt old and didn't feel like staying at a resort. The balcony lamp, one lamp inside, and the TV weren't working either. I won't stay here a second time.

There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, so I couldn't sleep. I brought my own mosquito killer and a net for my child. The room was in bad condition, and the bathroom floor got very slippery when wet. Imagine an older person going to the toilet and slipping so quickly. The food I saw didn't make me want to eat it, it looked like food for beggars. The prices online are high for such a bad result. I'm commenting so the owner or manager will take better care of the place and make it good for people who pay so much.
