Everything is within walking distance, right in the middle of town, though it gets pretty quiet after 5pm. The design feels a bit 90s, but the nightly price is DIRT cheap. It's a one-bedroom studio apartment owned by several individuals, and most units seem to have the same design and furniture.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with towels provided. There's basement parking and a pantry with a water heater and microwave. It's in the heart of Kota Bharu near Pasar Siti Khadijah, and for less than a hundred ringgit, it was well worth it.

Some of the floor areas are breaking, and the TV remote didn't work. Check-in was delayed because there was no receptionist available. The service and maintenance need serious improvement.

The room was okay, but had a funny smell. The bathroom lighting wasn't bright enough, and the towels didn't seem very clean.
