It's right in the city centre, next to the bus terminal and intercity taxi terminal, which makes getting around easy. The corridor is a little dark, though I still felt safe. The room fragrance is too strong for me and sometimes makes it a bit hard to breathe. There's still some room for the homestay operator to improve.

The location is handy, close to the art street museum and plenty of cafes and good food nearby. Ann Lock chicken is worth trying. The room was big and very clean, though the air conditioner sounded like an old engine.

For 100, this is more than enough, even compared with pricier options. The studio was really spacious and clean. It's in the town centre, with a restaurant and mamak right outside, and you can walk to everything. Parking was adequate, and check-in was easy: just gave them my booking ID at the counter outside.

The room is very large, which was the one good thing. The floor felt a little sticky, and neither the air conditioner nor the area under and around the bed seemed to have been cleaned.

Being in the middle of the city puts lots of places nearby, including the pasar, museums and stadium. The lifts and parking area could use some maintenance.
