A pleasant experience.

The service was tiptop, and the staff even carried our bags right to the room. We stayed one night in this new hotel, and the room was very comfortable. The pom bed looked beautiful. If you're bringing elderly people, ask for a room on a lower floor, since the upper floors are only accessible by stairs and there's no elevator. We were satisfied and hope the hotel stays in business for a long time.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, and there's free parking plus a surau with full carpeting. En Zamran gave us service like you'd get at a five-star hotel. Even though we're locals, he treated us like visitors from abroad. Ten stars for En Zamran, and thank you, Pandan Inn hotel.
