The owner never told me the swimming pool was closed or mentioned a room deposit, even after I'd paid in full. Cleanliness was zero.

The place was okay, but the cleanliness needs a massive improvement. It was quite dirty.

The service was very poor and left me disappointed. The owner of unit A-5-6 cheated us and avoided giving a refund. Everything was handled online, with the key taken and left for us in the mailbox...

It was a bit disappointing because the place didn't look like the pictures. The floor was greasy, the toilet was dirty, and there were other issues. I hope the admin can sort it out right away.
