The rooms and amenities were beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere felt serene and sophisticated. Staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout, adding to the warm hospitality. Every detail seemed designed for comfort and relaxation, and the elegant setting made the stay feel luxurious and memorable. Whether for business or leisure, I'd say this place exceeds expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend coming to experience this hidden gem.

We had an unforgettable trip, and my family enjoyed the stay. We were in two connected rooms, both fully equipped. From the receptionist through to the bed, everything was outstanding. So far, the whole stay has gone smoothly, and we'll come again in the future.

The convenient location made it easy to get around. Staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, and the room had the amenities I needed. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A pleasant, relaxing stay, and I'd definitely return and recommend it.

Ms fiza and Ms Irene were warm, attentive, and very professional. Mr Mizan made check-in welcoming and easy, setting things off well. Outstanding service from start to finish, truly a 5-star stay! Strongly recommend!

13/4/26. The room was clean and had a mini fridge and hair dryer, with a water dispenser on each floor. The city view was nice. Parking was RM10 per entry, and you need to get the hotel chop when you check out. I parked on the 4th floor. The internet kept disconnecting, and the shower head was loose and clogged.
