I was pleasantly surprised by the place when I arrived. It's a good value guest house at an affordable price, with all the basics ready: a clean room, towel, drinking water, fan, air conditioner, Wi-Fi, clean toilet with hair and body shampoo, toilet paper and television. The staff were friendly, and the aunty who received me was kind, polite and considerate. I'd choose this place again if I come back to visit.

We stayed four nights with my older folks, who prefer a fan to air conditioning, so having both options was handy. The floors and toilet were clean, and the neighborhood was peaceful, with no motorbike noise at night. For budget travelers, the price is definitely good value, with nothing more to ask for. Mdm wee is very friendly and polite. You can ask her for a flask of hot water, which is useful for older people or young children who need hot water for drinks or milk in the morning or at night. It would've been perfect if the room's rubbish bin had been cleared daily. Still, it was a pleasant stay at dragon maison. The lodging is new and has Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan and air-con.

A spacious hall downstairs can be used for a wedding reception. This is a new four-story homestay in a new building with new furnishings. You can choose a three-bedroom apartment, a two-bedroom apartment or an individual room. It feels like a home away from home in Kota Bharu.
