Cyberview Resort & Spa Hotel

I’ve been back to the spa several times and would recommend it. The facilities are lovely, especially the jacuzzi and steam rooms, and I found my treatment incredibly relaxing. Calita has expert hands and was very attentive. The reception staff are wonderful as well, particularly Taini, who was positive and helpful and gave excellent customer service.

We stayed at Cyberview Resort & Spa from 31 January to 1 February for a short family break. The two interconnecting rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the peaceful setting was just right for a quick recharge. The pool is big and well designed for different ages, and the kids spent most of their time there. Check-in took a little while, but the staff stayed polite and helpful. We accidentally left my son’s swimsuit by the porch and my 3-year-old daughter’s blanket behind. Thanks to housekeeping for keeping them safe, and especially to Miss Utari at reception for following up with the team and finding the blanket after some initial confusion. Her care and effort really impressed us. We were first told by security that the items had been found, then told the opposite when we arrived, so communication between security and reception could be better. Even so, the hospitality and family facilities made for a very comfortable stay. We’d definitely come back.

The rooms were comfortable and added to the calm atmosphere, and the event at Cindai Hall was a lovely time. Cindai had a relaxed, authentic Malay feel that was refreshing. I’d recommend it for a peaceful getaway, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

I’m happy with my purchase and the service from this shop. Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, answered my questions clearly, and guided me before I bought. Their honest, professional manner stood out. The product was as described and good quality, the price seemed reasonable compared with other shops, and the order arrived on time in secure packaging and perfect condition. Customer service was the best part for me. They respond quickly and try to sort out problems, which made me feel they care about customers. If it’s a physical shop, the environment is clean and organized too. I’d recommend it for quality products and trustworthy service, and I’ll buy from them again.
