The function hall is spacious and nicely decorated, and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, checked in on what we needed, and asked for feedback. They were open to suggestions, and when we had a complaint, it was fixed quickly. Parking was close to the room. The pool stays open until 9 pm and was fun for both kids and adults. Nearly everything I ate was delicious: daging masak lemak cili padi, ayam masak kicap, fresh vegetables and fruit, the tea-time menu, nasi lemak pandan with ayam masak merah, and carrot cake. A few things could be improved: the sound clarity in the function hall, the coffee machine, and the room towels. A prayer mat in the room and two key cards per room would be useful too. It would be fun to have fancy pool floats like donuts, unicorns, and dolphins, plus a karaoke room and sauna.

The kids want to come back, especially for the big pool and its slide. It’s a lovely staycation spot for a small family. More chairs around the pool would help, so parents have somewhere to sit and relax while watching the kids.

The room was super cozy and comfy, and I liked the modern, relaxed vibe. The pool is seriously huge, great for a swim or just hanging out by the water. Staff were really friendly and helpful too. Had a great time here in Cyberjaya and would totally come back.

The container room is run down and small, with very low water pressure. It’s noisy near the roadside, and people walking on the second floor make a lot of sound and vibration. Even with the air conditioning fully on, the room gets extremely hot during the day and the floor stays warm. The soundproofing is bad. Don’t waste your time and money, another three-star hotel would be much better.

The meeting space was well set up and organized, the food was delicious, and the children had a great time with the games. Our family event felt warm and cozy thanks to the excellent arrangements and hospitality at Dashbox Hotel. A pleasant, comfortable experience, and thanks to the team for their great service.
