Mr. Mani made a real difference to my stay with his warm, attentive and professional service. He went out of his way to make things pleasant and memorable. Vivid Hotel also has a cosy, welcoming feel, with stylish modern furnishings and a calm atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, and the place feels contemporary while still being homely. It seems suited to both business and leisure trips, and I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Farouq, the Hotel Manager, gave exceptional service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. I stayed at VIVID Hotel Bukit Bintang and found the rooms clean, comfortable and done in a modern Japanese style. The location is right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, close to shopping, dining and entertainment.

We stayed two nights with family. The room was clean and cosy, and the hotel was quiet, which made for the best hotel environment in kl. All the staff were so hospitable, the service was great and everything was excellent. Definitely coming back 👌💃💃

For a short stay or holiday, this is highly recommended. The receptionist was helpful, and it’s clean with the cheapest offers in the golden triangle. They could maybe add QR CODE for cashless payment.
