Hotel Primera Suite

The room is spacious, with a living room, air conditioning, a kitchen area, and a small desk for urgent work. I also liked that you need the access card to use the elevator, which feels safer than at some famous hotels where anyone can ride it and only the room requires a card. The main problem is the floor: it's quite slippery, and the toilet floor feels sticky and slick underfoot, so a fall could be dangerous.

For $70 a night, I didn't feel the Executive Deluxe room was worth the price, taking the location and everything else into account. The gym is small but nice and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, with good quality linen and pillows, and the lounge area was very spacious. Its setup felt more like an office than a lounge, though, and the armchairs weren't comfortable. The floor was also not clean. I didn't expect to pay another 10 RM for extra coffee, tea, creamer, or sugar at that nightly rate. The shower pressure was okay, but even after leaving the heater on for 30 minutes, the water temperature wasn't great. At check-in, the woman wasn't especially welcoming or friendly, so I'd give that 3/5. The gentleman at checkout was friendly and very helpful, a 5/5. Room: 3/5, bathroom: 3/5, gym: 4/5, value: 3/5. Those ratings reflect the rate I paid.

It's basic and clean, nothing special. D'Pulze is about a 15-minute walk away.

The facilities are always number one, and all the staff are brilliant. This is always our first choice for small group discussions, meetings, and training.
