It's a marvelous facility, with all the civic facilities available. The Muslim prayer area is too small, though. It should be expanded.

I was surprised residents seem fine with having nowhere to collect parcels or leave delivered food. Those are basic things that many condos have, and every Cyberjaya condo I visited had them.

I live in tower 1, and I've had my sleep interrupted plenty of times. I had to get used to the footsteps overhead, and now there's construction with no notice. I contacted my landlord and want to leave the unit. When I raised it with management, all I got was, "yes, they have permit." There was no apology, no information about how long the work would last, and no agreement to give advance notice next time. They said, "memang kita takkan bagitahu." There was also a leak from the unit above. Management sent someone to inspect it, but didn't even tell the upstairs unit to fix our ceiling. At this point, I don't see the point of having management here. Even 10 year olds have better manners, courtesy, and common sense. I don't know where they hire these people, but this is a huge fail from AVAland. I'll avoid developments from this company in future. Noise complaints aren't dealt with, either. Management shirks responsibility, and the guards do nothing because management gives them no support. I wouldn't recommend it.

Around 2-3 AM, groups show up, make a lot of noise, and leave rubbish all over the place. It's upsetting that people who should know better are making this mess, not animals. The lake deserves more respect.
