The location is handy, with marts and food places nearby, and the café has plenty of comfortable seating. The room itself was basic and clean, though the bed was hard and hallway noise made it harder to rest. The toilet floor was slippery, and it looked like soap hadn't been rinsed away properly after housekeeping. Both mornings had the same breakfast menu, and I found a hair in the fried rice. I asked the front desk about a microwave, but there wasn't one and they didn't suggest an alternative such as using the café's. Check-out also felt unfriendly: the staff member took the card, returned my deposit, then went back to her phone without a smile or thanks. I stayed two nights. The location and basic facilities were acceptable, but I wouldn't come back.

The breakfast was good, though the fried rice could use more flavor. The room was roomy and the price for one night was good, but the Wi-Fi was really slow in there. Parking was easy and the location very strategic. There's also a swimming pool and it's kid-friendly. Love it, I'd stay again if I'm in PB.

For three adults, the price with basic breakfast was quite cheap compared with other places. Breakfast had limited choices, but enough for us. The coupon gave the wrong location, saying rooftop cafe when breakfast was actually in the in-building cafe. At Sri Indar Parit Buntar during Raya, we had a pleasant one-night stay. The hotel is in a strategic spot, with a mosque across the road and Family mart and CU on the ground floor. Our room had one queen bed and one single, so there wasn't much space. The bed was quite hard, but fine for a night. Basic things like toothbrushes, a comb and towels were provided, though the towels could have been cleaner.

The pool has a beautiful sunset view and it's windy there. Entry is RM15 for the whole day, and it's open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Bring your own towel and soap. The cleanliness is only two-star, with lots of sand and dirt below. I went back for a second time on 7 June and it was just as dirty, with no improvement. Please clean it, especially the area underneath near the pool, which is in the worst state.

The swimming pool is very dirty and needs a professional vacuuming. Lots of people use it because there's a swimming class, so it needs proper weekly cleaning. The slide also needs fixing. It's hanging there in a very dangerous way.
