I booked through Agoda, but at check-in I was told the only room available had no TV or water heater. The room and toilet didn’t look like the photos, and there was a strong cigarette smell. I even wondered whether the sheets had been changed. I’d only recommend this place to my enemies.

For RM48, I got a fairly spacious, clean room with a queen bed and a bathroom with a water heater. It was a quick, no-fuss stay, and Grab was easy to get in town. The small town gets quiet around 11 pm. I was here after a car crash on the nearby Cyber-Putrajaya-KLIA expressway, and the rest of my plans ended up being quick, random picks.

The water pressure was really strong, so I could enjoy my bath. There are amenities around the hotel, and for a budget price the stay is okay, as long as you don’t expect five-star service. Management could still do something about the smoke smell and improve the ventilation.

I booked through booking com, but the hotel hadn’t registered it, even though they charged me. It was late, so I paid for one night while I sorted it out with booking com. The man in the lobby was rude, and the room was filthy. There was even a cigarette butt in the toilet. I understand it’s a budget hotel, but I wouldn’t stay again even if they paid me.

I was surprised that RM48 got me a room like this. The room was reasonably clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was cold, and the TV had all the free channels clearly. The toilet had a nice electric hot shower. There’s no cupboard, fridge, or utensils, but I was happy with what I paid. Check-in time starts the clock whenever you arrive. Well done.
