RBR has plenty of parking, so we had no trouble there, and the toilet was clean, probably because it had just been renovated. The water pressure is an issue, and I hadn’t figured out or tried the heater. Toiletries were limited to a piece of soap, though everything else seemed to be working for now. MLS is right behind the hotel, so getting to do my magrib was easy. After reading what other guests said, we agree that RBR and most establishments around this busy tourist spot need to fix up their buildings. A little investment in cleaning and painting here and there could make a big difference to the hotel amenities. Customers are more particular these days.

I was happy with my stay. The resort is right in front of the beach, has an indoor pool, and the staff were friendly.

There weren’t any charging spots near the bed, which was a hassle, and I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. The rooms smelled awful and were filthy, with cockroaches running around. The bathroom was dirty and stinky too. I paid RM200, but it felt more like a RM10.00 place. I wouldn’t recommend it, save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere better.

The one good thing was that the staff were friendly. That’s it. This will be my first and last stay at this inn. It’s rundown, and even though we booked months ahead, the rooms were dirty. When we raised it, staff said maybe the cleaning crew had forgotten. What really got to me was that some room toilets had pee sitting there, unflushed for who knows how long. Another toilet had a mossy, rusty faucet. Management has its issues too.
