At night, the compound lighting is too dim and could be much better. The place is old, and the chalet units are a bit rundown.

The restaurant is spacious, the food was wonderful, and there was a wide variety of food for steamboat. The staff were very helpful during our pleasant gathering of 90 people.

Some of the furniture needs repair and updating. Even so, it’s a convenient, comfortable place for business gatherings. The well-equipped facilities and professional environment make the resort a popular choice for seminars, training sessions and meetings. Breakfast and lunch are nice and delicious too.

The staff were friendly, and I think the WhatsApp replies may have involved a communication mix-up. Still, the house needs proper maintenance. It could work well for a family gathering, which makes the neglected condition a shame. We came a long way from Negeri Sembilan and were really let down. The place felt creepy and unwelcoming, with nearby villas that looked abandoned and run-down, not like a cared-for resort. The house itself has an old design and seems poorly maintained, with dark marks on the door. On arrival, the toilet was extremely dirty. The cooking charge was a major problem. Before booking, I was told we would need to upgrade to a *banglo* to cook. But when we got there, they asked for another RM50 just for gas in the existing kitchen. It felt like a hidden fee and a bait-and-switch. After that long trip, I can’t recommend the stay and won’t come back.
