Six Villa Inn

The kind staff and the bed with a proper duvet were the only good points for me. I booked seven nights but could only manage two. Unless you're booking one of the more spacious villas, I don't recommend staying here. I expected somewhere quiet between Dungun and Paka, but it's right by a busy road. The advertised 'chalets' are tiny, cramped rooms with barely room to move. There's also nowhere useful to store things. The space for a mini fridge is occupied by a mini closet that's too small to be effective. Ants were all over the walls in the first room I viewed, so I turned it down. In the room I chose, they still covered the floor, even though I was careful not to bring food in. There's a one centimetre gap under the door that lets them come in freely. Young cats on the property kept following me and getting underfoot. One climbed on my pants, and I'm allergic to cats. There was a leak above the shower. Instead of fixing the roof, they made holes in the ceiling for the water to come through, leaving the bathroom constantly wet and musty. The towel bar is inside the shower, so my towels never dried. The WiFi was extremely slow and cut out many times. Nearby there's only a simple warung and a Seven Eleven. Everything else is a ten minute drive away.
