The only real advantage here is the location next to the beach and shopping. We were nine people and booked two family rooms for 21st dec to 22nd dec. Apart from two people, the rest of the staff were arrogant. The rooms have no telephone because they offer no service beyond the rooms, and they won't allow early check-in or late check-out without charging money. The Wi-Fi was horrible and never connected during our stay. We complained but got no response. The rooms and bedsheets were filthy. If you want good service, stay away. Even if the strategic location appeals to you, don't expect service.

We spent four nights here, my wife and I, from 11-15 December 2025. The location seems to be the only selling point. When we arrived for check-in at 9:30 PM, the whole building had no power. After a tiring flight, we had to climb to our fourth-floor room, where we found no water to the bathtub. Only the shower worked, and its pressure kept varying. The tub wasn't particularly clean either. The pool seems suitable for kids only. Our window faced an ugly building under construction, and it couldn't be opened. There are cheaper motels in the same area that are better maintained, or spend a little more for a better hotel.

The shower was the only positive. The room smelled awful, the windows wouldn't open, there was a hole in the elevator, and we found dirty things under the bed without wanting to look for more. We nearly left, but stayed because it was just one night before our flight. I know it's a cheap hotel, but this was well below acceptable. Pay a little more and go somewhere else. The whole stay brought the Hotel Cecil documentary on netflix to mind.

The staff told me I could leave when I reported the problems, which felt especially helpless since I was a foreigner there. I'd already paid everything in advance, so I had no option. The room lock didn't work properly, the bathtub tap was completely out, and the Wi-Fi didn't work at all. They didn't replace the bedsheet either, housekeeping just came and spread the same old one again. Terrible service and staff behavior. It was horrible.
