The owner was helpful, the price suited our budget, and our room was clean and spacious. The surroundings were lovely, with a well-kept garden and pool, plenty of parking, a little trampoline for kids, and friendly cats. Check-in was quick and easy. We asked to store some Otak-Otak in the freezer, and the owner kindly let us use theirs. The air conditioner cooled the room well. It showed its age in places, but was otherwise well maintained. Soap and towels were provided, though not toothbrushes or toothpaste. The resort is right at the Ayer Keroh entrance from the PLUS Highway. The steep access road has a drain running across it, and some covers are bent, so our car's underside scraped the tarmac. If your car sits low, take it slowly and keep to the side as much as possible, avoiding the middle. There was also traffic noise early in the morning from the nearby highway entrance and exit, though it didn't bother us too much. A pleasant short stay, and improving the entrance would help.

The resort's location is superb, and the boss gives fantastic service. There are also five friendly cat ambassadors. It would be much better if the owner put up a sound barrier by the room next to the PLUS highway toll booth.

The receptionist was super friendly and easy to talk to, even though I asked a few questions more than once, hehe. The place was convenient, and parking was free. He suggested parking behind our room, which was closest. We booked three days and two nights, from 10th Nov-12th Nov, and had lots of joy and laughter. It's a good place for a big family day. We had a deluxe family room for five, with three single beds in one room adjoining a room with a queen bed. Both air conditioners worked well. Most power outlets worked fine, but the one by the far right single bed was intermittent, and there were other outlets to use. The freezer was small but worked. There was a kettle and three cups, the TV worked, and the lights and water heater were fine. The toilet and flush worked well too. You need to ask reception for an iron and board, and they gave me one. Breakfast isn't provided, but there are lots of kedai makan nearby. The pool was big and clean enough, though it's public so you share it with others. Swimming hours were 7.30am to 7pm, if I'm remembering right. Wi-Fi only worked in certain spots. One pillow was a bit hard and strained my neck. The exterior and interior were both superbbbb. Keep it up, guys!

The location is handy, very close to the Plus highway. The mosque is about 4 to 5 kilometers away, along Jalan dalam to Durian tunggal. I had roti canai there for breakfast, and there's also a Small Town with a family mart. My room was spacious, with old but clean furniture, and the toilet was clean too. The pool was nice. I stayed on a weekday and had it all to myself, which was very nice.

As someone who owns a vacation home, I know guests can be stubborn sometimes, but I've never yelled at them to their faces. I can accept INB's rules, but being shouted at as a paying guest was unpleasant and inconvenient. The resort has good tourism potential, but the management needs a lot of work and the property is poorly maintained. I was excited to book after reading that the resort was run by a “Malay couple.” I like supporting Muslim and Malay businesses. But the pool information was misleading. The board said it closed at 9pm. We arrived around 6.30pm and went swimming at 7.30pm after praying. The receptionist I met at check-in said the pool had already closed at 7.30pm and gave us 10 more minutes. We accepted that we should have checked, since the board might be outdated. But a grandma yelled at us instead of speaking politely, even though the guy had been able to talk to us calmly. The next day we got back late and went to the pool at 6.45pm. Knowing we'd been told it closed at 7.30pm, I asked my brother to tell us when it was 7.15pm so we could leave then. At 7.08pm the same grandma came out yelling that we couldn't swim because it was nearly prayer time, and told us to get out. When we said we were following the posted 7.30pm closing time, she asked who had told us that and what room we were in, then said to swim tomorrow because it was already night. We left. My sister went back for our forgotten room key and was told, “dah dah la pegi masuk bilik.” After we got out, we noticed kids still swimming without anyone yelling or complaining. My dad saw it too. Other problems: lots of the room's plugs didn't work, and neither did the extension they gave us. The TV had no channels and there was no Wi-Fi. We had to iron clothes in the helper's room, which was also used to store sheets. My brother's bed and bedsheet were “berlubang.”
