If you have business in kota samarahan, that may be the only reason to stay here. Even then, spend a bit more and find proper lodgings. Bring your own towels, the ones provided are stained. The rooms feel claustrophobic, the mattresses are hard as planks, and the sound carries badly. I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon. You’ve been warned.

I booked a room at the last minute just to sleep, but the first one they gave me wasn’t in good condition. They did agree to switch rooms, but I wasn’t happy with the other one either. It looked dirty, like it hadn’t been cleaned.

My booking was rejected with hardly any explanation. The service was terrible. This place should be removed from Agoda, Trip.com, Booking.com, and other platforms for failing to meet hotel and tourism standards.

Our booking was overbooked when we arrived late, so they moved us from one triplet room to two double rooms. The rooms were terrible: dirty walls, stained linen, hair on the toilet floor, and a haunted look. Mold covered the walls, and there was even a tree root growing on one. The smell was so bad I’m pretty sure one stay could make you sick. The windows wouldn’t close, and they were wide open with no locks. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The one good thing is that it’s close to the industrial area. Otherwise, don’t stay here. The bed was stained all over, the towel was yellow, and the aircon seems not to have been serviced for who knows how long. There were ants everywhere, and everything was dusty and dirty. Please improve.
