I liked how quiet the area was, it made it easy to get proper rest. The Deluxe King room with city view was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Wi-Fi was quick, the bathroom had strong water pressure, and it felt just right for two people. The staff checked in by WhatsApp to see how things were going. When I mentioned the minibar wasn't cooling, they sent someone quickly to replace it, so the service was easy and responsive. The location is handy too, within walking distance of the waterfront. For the price, it was a solid one-night stay and I'd consider coming back. The decoration is by request.

Hilton is still our usual pick for a staycation. We went for their Ramadhan Buffet and enjoyed it. Syamina was a great help as always, and she arranged a surprise for us that worked out perfectly. Thanks, mina, for the lovely service 🫶✨

Adrian Teh, the GM, and the Hilton staff keep the hotel up to a very high standard. We were welcomed with warm hospitality and service that felt truly five-star. It's a great place to stay for the heart of Kuching and its hospitality.

The breakfast was incredible, and the views from the rooms and corridors are stunning. It was easy to decide where to head in the city just by looking out from the hotel. The location also makes it simple to walk to lots of different areas, and the staff were all amazing. I found the hotel super comfortable. If I get back to Kuching, which I'd absolutely love to do, I don't think I'd stay anywhere else.

We were a family group of 10 and spent three nights at Hilton, enjoying the stay very much. Although it may be one of the oldest hotels in Kuching, the rooms are new and clean. The room is spacious for two, and if you're lucky, you'll get a river view. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom very clean. It's in a great spot, a short walk from the Waterfront and Jln Padungan.
