The security guard was genuinely helpful, which improved an otherwise frustrating afternoon. On 26/4/2024 at around 4 pm, I was using basement parking space 255 when my card failed. I pressed SOS, but the two staff members who came, a man and a woman, gave unhelpful advice to try another entrance, then brushed me off. I waited at the gate for five minutes until another car arrived. If they were concerned about safety, they should have contacted the security guards. The lack of problem-solving was frustrating, and I plan to file a formal complaint.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and the price was affordable. Staff were friendly, with restaurants and shops close by. A great place to stay.

They depend too much on online orders. One of our items was unavailable, but nobody told us until we asked after waiting more than 20 minutes. Staff should remember that apps are a tool, not a replacement for talking to people, especially in F&B.

It's close to major highways, and most of the people living here seem to be local families with young kids. One concern is flash flooding if the rain keeps coming.

The rooms felt spacious and homey, and breakfast from the buffet was tasty, as long as you don't arrive too late. Service was great. The only drawback was the somewhat secluded location, with the nearest shopping mall about a 15-minute walk away.
