There were six of us in a room that felt far too small, and the toilet couldn't even fit one person. The room smelled awful, the roof had little holes, and the TV connection was terrible. I could barely breathe in such a cramped space. It was worse than my high school dorm. I would never recommend it.

The cleanliness was poor: there was cat poop by the stairs, a spot on the bedsheet, and dust all over the ceiling fan. The first room they gave us had a broken air conditioner. When we asked to cancel and get a 30% refund, the hotel wouldn't cooperate. They moved us to another room where the air conditioner worked, but the toilet pump was broken. I felt cheated, and the owner was arrogant. I won't stay here again.

Something was crawling around on the roof, and once I heard rats up there. On the second night I thought there might be snakes too, though I'm not certain. I recorded what I saw in my room. There's a hole in the roof where a wire goes through, and it hadn't been closed up. I think the snake was near the edge of the roof above my room, but I can't say for sure. There are lots of pokok2 around here, so maybe that's related. Please check the roof throughout the hotel and inside the rooms.

Dirty and dusty, with a spider web on the ceiling and a hole in it too. Water from the toilet gets everywhere, and the sink is right beside the bed. The lock is simple and feels insecure. Terrible experience.
