I was here for a few days because of business events outside. The place seemed reasonably maintained, so I gave it two stars instead of one. I've stayed somewhere worse, and at least I didn't come home with bed bugs. Still, this was one of the worst accommodations I've ever used. I've had a better stay in a shady RM25/night room in Pudu. The rat problem was awful. In my first 10 minutes, I sat on a rat dropping on one of the table stools. We left for less than 12 hours, and when we came back, there were fresh droppings everywhere, even on our beds. The rats seemed to have had a feast while we were out and had nibbled the instant noodles we'd planned to eat after getting back late and tired. My bed had a horrible smell, like human feces or dead rats, near the wall and underneath it. The air conditioner had no remote, so it was either freezing on full blast or off. The toilet flush didn't work properly either. I had to push the lever repeatedly to get it to flush.

The room needs cleaning before it's rented out. The table and sink were dusty, and there was no toilet pipe, so I had to use a pail or the shower head to wash. One socket didn't work, the TV was faulty, and there were no clothes hangers. On the plus side, the air conditioning worked, the bed was OK, the lights worked, and the bath heater was OK. The service and facilities need improvement. Terrible experience.

For a very reasonable price, it wasn't too bad. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping, even though the hostel may be quite old. It was well equipped with cupboards, a mini fridge, a cordless jug, a heater, and air conditioning.

A good place to bunk down for the night. The room was clean and fairly large. If you're traveling in a backpacking group, one room costs about 150 to 180MYR to share between 2-5 people, with your own bedding, of course. There are only two single beds, but there's space for another 2-3 futons.

The air conditioning was cold, and the bed was clean and decent, but the room itself badly needs an update. The toilet is old and often takes several flushes to work, and the TV looks like it’s from the 1990s. There’s no breakfast included. At RM111 for a deluxe room, it felt far too expensive. Maybe it suits someone nostalgic for the 80s. I’d save the money and stay at another Airbnb or hostel.
