The hotel is above a shop lot, so expect a lot of noise from the busy restaurant below. Housekeeping needs to improve too. Our bed sheet had stains, and we weren’t comfortable sleeping on it. The Standard Queen room has no toilet inside. You have to share the toilet outside with guests from another room, and the toilet and bathroom are all in one. There’s no hair dryer, phone, room or toilet slippers, or mirror.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is quite convenient, close to Eco Shop, Kip Mall, and a few restaurants, so it’s easy to buy what you need. Cleanliness was quite okay. Overall, okay 👍🏻

The rooms are fairly affordable, and the front desk service was very professional. The room isn’t very spacious, but the air conditioning and toilet were very clean. One thing management could improve is the bed linen, which was a little unclean, with stains on parts of the sheets and pillowcase.

Everything else was okay and the rooms had no problems, but the mattress had hair, the pillowcase smelled, and the duvet was stained. Staff should also follow the dress code properly. Those are the things that need improving.

The hotel is easy to find and the price is okay. The receptionist was welcoming and polite. Housekeeping could be more welcoming too, and learn to smile at customers like the receptionist.
