Power Hotel

The hotel is close to USM, less than a five-minute drive away. It has three floors but no elevator, which isn’t convenient for elderly or disabled people. Check-in is at 1400 and checkout at 1200. Durian and mangosteen aren’t allowed. We stayed in a room with one single bed and one double bed. Towels, shampoo and body wash containers, and a heater were in the shower room. There was a hair dryer and a cabinet with hangers outside, and each floor has its own Wi-Fi. I stayed here with my family yesterday. The room wasn’t soundproof, and since it faced the main road, car noise was clear and might bother light sleepers. Parking was another issue: there are more than sixteen rooms on each floor but only five parking spaces, which doesn’t seem enough for guests.

The main drawback is how little parking there is. Otherwise, the price is reasonable for a short stay, and it’s easy to find, right behind the bus station. The room has basic things like towels and a hairdryer, with an iron available outside. The bathroom was clean and the hot shower worked.

The room is small, but clean, and the bathroom is okay. There’s no lift, just stairs, so it’s a pain if you have a lot of luggage.

The place was very clean, including the bed and bathroom, and the internet was really good. It’s near restaurants and has a city view. There’s no lift, but the reception guy helped carry my luggage to my room. Helpful staff, and I’ll stay there again.
